Thank you for choosing Les Petites Pommes. We are committed to providing high-quality French Programming. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for our services.

1. French Tutoring

Should you need to cancel a session, kindly inform the teacher at your earliest convenience, adhering to our standard policy of providing a minimum of 3 hours notice before the scheduled start time. Refund requests will be subject to an administrative fee of $5 plus 2.9%. While we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be accommodating, repeated cancellations may prompt us to initiate a discussion about whether another scheduled time or teacher would be more suitable for you.

If you would no longer like to proceed with the lessons you have purchased in a tutoring package, a refund will be issued for all unused lessons. Refunds will not be given for lessons that have already been used.

Tutoring lessons purchased in packages must be used within 1 year of the purchase date.

2. French Learning Circle

If in the first week of your membership you try The French Learning Circle and you find it is not a good fit for your family, we will refund you your full month registration fee. To leave the membership program simply let us know. If you decide to leave part-way through a month, your registration simply won’t be renewed the following month.

3. In-Person French Camps

If you would like to reschedule your In-Person French Camp session, it is possible up until two (2) weeks before camp provided that we have space available in your desired session.

In the event that you have to cancel In-Person French Camp, a full refund will be provided up until one month before the start date of your scheduled session. If it is less than one month, we can issue a credit. Once the session has begun, we are unable to provide refunds.

In the event that we have to cancel In-Person French Camp, a full refund will be provided or options to transfer funds to one of our other programs.

4. After-School Program

If you would like to reschedule or cancel your registration for the After-School Program, contact us before the start of the month for which. Similarly, if you would like to end your existing registration in the program, please contact us before the start of the next school month.

5. Credits Issued

In the event that any credit is given to be used towards our camps or programs, it is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issue.

6. Refund Processing Fees

All refunds will be subject to a fee of 2.9% of each purchase + $5.00 withheld from the amount refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the written refund request.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Les Petites Pommes reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the policy.

By participating in our programs or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
