Executive Director

Mary is the founder of Les Petites Pommes and is proud to be serving as executive director. Entrepreneurship revealed itself as a possibility at the end of her university education and she hasn’t looked back since. Mary is dedicated to creating spaces for children and adults alike to connect across cultures and realize their potential. Carla Tancredi

Director

Carla Tancredi is proud to serve as Program Director at Les Petites Pommes! With a background in linguistics, human resources, and education, Carla brings a unique blend of academic and professional experience to her role.

She holds a degree in Linguistics from Brock University, completed studies in Human Resources Management at Sheridan College, and is currently pursuing her Master of Education at Niagara University. Her experience spans classroom teaching, adult ESL support, and educational program development for both English and French learners.

Before joining Les Petites Pommes, Carla spent over a decade in recruitment and client services, specializing in mental health-focused hiring, training, and relationship-building. She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces for students to grow in both confidence and language skills. Carla approaches every challenge with positivity and care and is dedicated to helping students thrive through meaningful learning experiences.
